Lightening Strikes Twice in Bulgaria

Who says that lightening does not strike twice in the same place? It appears that it might well do in Bulgaria where the exact same 6 numbers came up in two consecutive draws of their National Lottery. The numbers 4, 15, 23, 24, 35 and 42 first fell in the draw of September 6^th live on national television and there were no winners but on September 10^th exactly the same 6 numbers came up again, albeit in a different order, and would you believe there were 18 winners. The chances of this happening are 1 in 4.2 million according to statisticians but there will be an investigation especially as 3 of the same numbers came up again in the next draw on September 13^th.  Officials from  the lottery said that manipulation was impossible and despite 18 people holding winning tickets, the age range and geographical spread of the winners appeared to rule out any chance of the winners being in collusion with each other especially as each winner will only receive a little over €5000.

The investigation will be lead by Svilen Neykov who is Minister of Physical Education and Sport and they anticipate providing their answer by the end of the week. So if you don’t know which numbers to play try last weeks numbers or 4,15,23,24,35,42 and maybe lightening will strike three times.
