A Happy Easter to all our readers.
If you go to a land based casino can you bet on a horse? If you go to your high street bookmaker can you play roulette or blackjack or poker? (actually you can play roulette in some but they are FOBTs) or can you play your favourite slot? The answer to all these questions is almost certainly not but we also know that most folk who like a wager will at some time try all forms of gambling so why not have them all in one place? The answer is of course to use an online bookmaker and note that we say an online bookmaker not an online casino. There are literally hundreds of online casinos but for the most part they have no more offerings than a land based casino which means you still cannot back your favourite horse or football team; this also applies to some of the heavily advertised poker sites. At online casino.ie we believe life should not be difficult so although we link to the casino pages of our recommended bookmakers we are very keen to only promote those that have a complete offering of sports betting plus a full range of casino games including games of skill as well as games of luck. Several of our bookmakers insist that you have different pools of money for sports betting or casino betting or poker play but that doesn’t matter as long as it easy to transfer between them and we make sure it is before adding them to our site. It is less obvious how to do this at some than others; at Bwin for example you need to go into “b’inside” to make the transfer but once you know that it is easy. We have also noticed that one or two bookmakers have a casino landing page (the page you initially arrive at when clicking on casino) where you cannot register as a new customer; if this happens to you, simply click on a tab that says sports and you will find yourself at a page where you can register; having registered you can easily click back to casino. We don’t understand why they do this but hey not everything is perfect. Enjoy your gambling in all of its forms.
