Having publicised the various ways in which you can get to the Aussie Millions with Ladbrokes now we can tell you about the various ways to get there with Bwin. The Ausssie Millions Tournament runs from January 20th to February 1st 2010 and Bwin are offering a minimum of 20 packages that will include entry into the main tournament, but in into the side 6 handed tournament, Hotel and entertainment allowance plus flights and spending money allowance. Each package is worth around $16000. The quick way in if you have the cash is to buy in to one of the online finals being run every Thursday and Sunday at 20:00 but this will set you back $300 +20; one package is being offered at every final event. If you can’t afford that then you can qualify for the final by winning any “Live event Qualifier”, Live event Turbo Qualifier or “Aussie Millions Qualifier” for as little as $2.
Another way is through the freeroll tournaments that are on offer three times per day. If you finish in the top 150 at any of these tournaments you get a ticket to the semi final. Semi Finals will be played from January 4th to January 8th each night at 20:00; the top 10 from each semi final will qualify for the Saturday final on January 9th at 20:00 and there are 6 Aussie millions packages up for grabs. Sounds easy? It won’t be, there will be a lot of entries.
Fancy yourself, try the head hunter tournaments played every second Tuesday (the next one is November 17th) where you simply have to knock out more opponents than anybody else. Entry fee is $20+2 but at least one package is available at every tournament so it is a quick way in. If $22 is too rich try the $2+0.20 Head Hunter last chance. These turbo qualifiers are played every Tuesday at 17:50 and one $22 ticket is available at each qualifier or if $2.20 is still too much go for the $1 Head Hunter lottery where all players are put all-in and the top 5 receive a $22 entry ticket. These tournaments are played each Tuesday at 18:56.
Last but not least rty knocking out some of Bwins best players in the $100,000 Guaranteed Bounty Tournament. Entry fee is $100 but it is immediately refunded if you take out one of the 10 invited players and you get $100 more for every additional top player you take out.
If you cannot find a way of getting to Melbourne with all this choice from Bwin maybe you should stick to dominoes.
