Deal or No Deal, the ever popular TV game has been going for several years and continues to grab the imagination of many people but now you too can take part by logging onto Ladbrokes and you will find it under the “games” banner. The game is very similar to the TV version except there are 26 boxes instead of 22 and the maximum prize depends upon your initial stake. To play the game first select your stake and then select your box. Having done this you can also place side bets as to what you think your box will contain. These bets can be placed at the beginning of every round but the odds will reduce the further you progress into the game. In the first round you must select 6 boxes whose contents will be revealed after which the banker will make an offer for your box which you either accept(deal) or not (no deal). If you decline the offer and move to round 2 you must select a further 5 boxes and another offer is made. Round 3 is the same but in rounds 4 and 5 you only need select 4 boxes to be opened. If you reach round 6 without accepting an offer you have the choice your box with the one remaining. Eventually the chosen box is opened and your winnings are revealed. You have the choice of accepting the offer after every round which puts you in the position of going for it all, cutting your losses, or maybe even settling for a small profit. As in the TV game it is down to you.
As a unique twist on the TV game there is a jackpot round. If at the end of the game a “Jackpot” token appears in your box you will go on to play the jackpot game. In this game there are 5 tokens hidden in the 26 boxes. You are allowed to open 5 boxes and the more tokens you can find the bigger your prize; if you find all 5 you win the progressive jackpot which could be a “life changing sum” as the programme says. A bit of fun and certainly recreating the gamble factor; give it a go at Ladbrokes.
