If you think that the dealer always wins there is an online casino card game in which you can actually bet on the dealers hand and it is called Baccarat. The game of Baccarat is also known as Punto Banco which in theory is to do with the Italian origins of the game,  Punto being the player and Banco being the bank or dealer which are the two main bets; the third bet being a tie.
